At Vagus Nutrition – Dietitian & Fitness Consultant, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. Since we deal only in diet & nutrition consultation services (not physical products), our refund and cancellation terms are as follows:

1. Consultation Services

• All consultation/service fees are non-refundable once paid.

• You may request to reschedule your booked session at least 24 hours in advance.

• Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being marked as utilized, and no refund will be issued.

2. Service Packages

• If you purchase a package (e.g., monthly or quarterly plan), it must be used within the validity period.

• Unused sessions in a package are non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Cases

• Refunds will only be considered in rare cases of double payment due to technical errors.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
